Women at the
Heart of Leadership
is a leadership support initiative for women across private, public and voluntary sectors.
It aims to provide an inclusive, practical and mutually supportive environment for women to learn, share experience and develop their leadership capability and confidence.
The initiative, which began in 2004, is officially supported by the Scottish Leadership Foundation whose aim is to bring unique development opportunities and benefits to their women's network. Through the initiative Dancehammer provides of a variety of both open and in-company programmes to women with ranging levels of leadership experience and across diverse sectors of industry.
All our programmes hold a unique learning perspective, developing self-leadership as a foundation for effective leadership of others. This means that the programmes are underpinned by principles, tools and practices which help women to develop their self-awareness and personal leadership potential and apply it within the many contexts of leadership in their lives.
Our related pages give details of our programmes as well as testimonials from previous participants and articles about the programme.
If you would like to discuss any of these programmes or want more information on bespoke workshops, talks or conferences, please contact joey@dancehammer.co.uk
